Equifax Developer Portal Terms and Conditions
Your use of the Equifax developer portal for Equifax’s API service (“Portal”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to your use of the Portal. The Portal allows you to interface with Equifax’s database to access and view “dummy information” that does not relate to any actual person or entity (“Data”). Equifax grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, limited license to implement the API in your application so that your application can access and query the Data. You are not granted any other rights to the Data or Equifax intellectual property. You must follow any instructions Equifax provides concerning the use of the Portal. Equifax may terminate your use of the Portal at any time and for any reason, including where Equifax stops making the Portal available for use by third parties. Your use of the Portal is at your own risk and Equifax excludes any liability to you or any third party with your use of the Portal. Equifax does not guarantee the continued availability of the Portal. Equifax may change these Terms at any time.
